It is applied to the doubling process of cotton yarns, polyester yarns, blended yarns and also other chemical fibers like PP yarns, nylon yarn etc. It is for doubling two or three strands of yarns into a parallel cylindrical package that can be processed on twisting machine.
 
FEATURES:
◎The single spindle motor drive and frequency conversion adjustment are adopted to make the adjustment of the winding yarn speed easier and make the process adjustment more flexible. 
◎Tension adjustment can be easily achieved by adding or removing tension slices.   
◎Groove yarn guide forming is stable and reliable, suitable for many varieties. 
◎The electronic break detector and the electronic fixed-length yarn clearer device are integrated, which not only eliminates the mixing of the single yarn and the double-strand yarn, but also obtains the package yarn tubes in uniform length and finally improves the yarn product quality.  
◎Design advantages like simple but reasonable structure yarn guide path, considerate and reasonable machine height, high speed, low energy consumption and low noise etc make operation more convenient.
